When will my
selection be shipped?
Once you place your order (via PayPal or phone), we will ship your
item within two business days. Please remember that the shipping time does not represent your actual delivery date. Delivery will depend on the shipping method you select. Our staff will help you determine the best, most economical method of shipping. If you have a particular date your item must be delivered, please
note such when placing your order. If for any reason we cannot meet the time you specify, we will contact you.

When will you charge my credit card?
If you place your order via phone, we will charge your credit card when we ship your diamond.
If you place your order via PayPal, PayPal will charge your
credit card when you submit your order.

Can I order and receive information by
phone?
Yes, you can call with your order or questions between 10
AM and 6 PM Tuesday through Friday and 10 AM and 5 PM on
Saturdays at (800) 883-4044. Please note we are in the
Eastern time zone.

to insure my jewelry?
Yes, your Certificate of Authenticity has all the information your insurance company requires to insure your jewelry at full retail value.
