Refund Policy
All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization
Number (RMA) from Diamondsforher.net and must be returned
prepaid in the original condition with all tags still
attached. Any Item modified from their original delivery form,
or with the original jewelry tags removed will not be
accepted. You must return the package whereby a signature is
required upon receipt. A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
must be clearly displayed on the returned box. To get your RMA,
view your order or invoice online and click on the "RMA
Request" button on the bottom of the page. Please keep in
mind, shipping and handling charges, cost of none standard
settings and none standard sizing are not refundable. All
items made in a custom size will be charged the restocking fee
as per consent agreement you have agreed to at the time of
your order.
At your request and upon receipt of goods,
Diamondsforher.net will:
replace the item.
credit the purchase price of the merchandise to your original
credit card account.
If a sample was provided for an approval before the final
order was manufactured, or after an item is exchanged for a
different size or in case of “special orders”, a
restocking fee may apply.
Diamondsforher.net is not responsible for shipping charges on
returns. It is recommended that you insure the package, and
ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we
strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service
department 2-3 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that
your package has been received. All refunds will be posted to
the original credit card account as soon as items returned had
been inspected by our quality control department.

Damaged Item:
Our Shipping department makes every effort to prevent shipping
damage, however on rare occasions, accidents do occurs. So,
for your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until
you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton.
If there appears to be shipping damage, you need to do the
following:
Quickly contact your local UPS or local post office for a
Damage Inspection report.
Request that UPS return the merchandise to the address listed
on the package.

Exchange a Gift:
If you are the recipient of a gift purchased from
Diamondsforher.net , and you choose to return it, we will be
happy to issue you a store credit for the purchase price of
the merchandise only. A Return Authorization Number, which

Request" button on the bottom of the page. Please keep in
mind, shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.
